Tasks that will not be automatically executed in future are marked as disabled. These scheduler are displayed with the "disabled" css class and are not clickable anymore (due to the "pointer-events: none;" property). So they also can not be executed manually what should be possible according to documentation (https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/scheduler/4.7/#the-scheduled-tasks-screen).
