RTE scaled image prefix changes

Description
When an image with attribute width/ height (not style="width:200px") the image gets another prefix "uploads/myimage.jpg" rather then "fileadmin" in the FE.
When removing these tags the images gets rendered like suspected ("fileadmin/myimage.jpg").

Could you please try with version 7.6.2 or the latest master? as far as I can see scaled images are placed into /fileadmin/_processed_/ folder
NOTE: I had to insert the image by HTML code, as the insert image button in RTE is still faulty
