Upgraded from TYPO3 6.2.14 to 6.2.17 and get this error when opening the Extension Manager:
Property TYPO3\CMS\Extensionmanager\Service\ExtensionManagementService::$listUtility does not exist
The Extension Manager isn't usable at all. Clear caches and manually deleting th typo3temp/Cache/ directory doesn't help.
