Exclude LetsEncrypt acme challenge from blocked routes

Description
The .htaccess file blocks any route that starts with a dot.
With the letsencrypt certificate authority becoming more and more popular,
the standard route for the acme challenge (`.well-known/*`) should be allowed to be accessed.
