Description
We use the svconnect extensions for own developed extension which pull data from other systems. The svconnect extensions use the default TYPO3 curl configurations. With this combination we allways route a connection via proxy which is not possible if the destination server is in an own network. So we need not always a proxy for a curl connection and it will be nice if this can be configured in TYPO3.

We're sorry but this issue will not be developed, as curl is no more part of the TYPO3 core.
If Guzzle supports it, TYPO3 will too but will not be implemented natively in TYPO3.
