Description

If a page contains a content element that is not editable by an editor (e.g. HTML) drag&drop sorting is still active.
The editor can move the element to a new position without an error message.
The actual update in TCEmain, however, is not successful due to missing permissions.
Reloading the view shows the element at the old position.
