Description
As a non-admin user, I cannot restore a page I deleted. After deleting a page, this is the admin's view of the recycler: The non-admin doesn't see the pages table.
The non-admin has modification rights to table pages and full write-access to the parent page of the deleted page.
Restoring tt_content items works.
Originally a bug that has been fixed for version 7.6 and 8.0 but not for the version 6.2

closing this issue as it is solved, just the backport to 6.2 didn't happen which won't happen anyways anymore
