Description

Please move TYPO3\CMS\Install\Controller\Action\Tool\TestSetup->determineImageMagickVersion() to GraphicalFunctions class.

The GraphicalFunctions class is used in the Install Tool.

I work on ImagickImg extension since TYPO3 v4.5. It would really helped me if all graphical processing was in one place.

Hmm, if you want to have that method within GraphicalFunctions class in order to override or xclass it, that wouldn't help you within the install tool since xclasses are not loaded or executed there at most places because ext_localconf and ext_tables of extensions is usually not loaded.

So, moving that method around will not solve your problem in any way, thus I'd rather keep the method within install tool itself.
