Bookmarks at TYPO3 backend are not working anymore

Description

After latest TYPO3 upgrade up to 4.5.45 the bookmarks at backend are not working anymore.

If BE user trys to add a new bookmark, there is a broken javascript message and not the expected dialog:

"String.fromCharCode(69,105,110,32,76,101,115,101,122,101,105,99,104,101,110,32,102,252,114,32,100,105,101,115,101,32,83,101,105,116,101,32,101,114,122,101,117,103,101,110)"

The bookmark is added anyway and can be deleted.

If BE user is clicking on that bookmark there is function and beside that, I noticed an error message (with Fireburg):

"SyntaxError: illegal character
jump(''\x2Ftypo3conf\x2Fext\x2Ftemplavoila\x2Fmod1\x2Findex.php\x3F"

Additionally old bookmarks are not able to be deleted.

Hello Oliver, TYPO3 version 4.5.45 belongs to the extended LTS service, which is not handled here. Please head over to http://t3phabricator.wmdb.de/ to check for latest updates.

For the record: This is a known regression and was fixed in 4.5.46
