PageRenderer::addRequireJsConfiguration() breaks backend

Description
Using PageRenderer::addRequireJsConfiguration() breaks the TYPO3 backend. The issue that addRequireJsConfiguration() adds something to $this->requireJsConfig. At a later point, loadRequireJs() is called and detects, that there is already something in $this->requireJsConfig and stops, leaving an incomplete configuration behind.
