Description

When the Extension indexed_search is activated then there appeares a separate Module as a green Icon in the category WEB for indexing. Giving rights to a BE-Usergroup or a BE-User this Module is not listed an so it can't be selected.

The indexed search module is set to admin only on purpose in the ext_tables.php. After a first look it appears that no access checks take place when the module lists e.g. pages. So editors could see pages that they have no access to.

So the question is: Should the module stay admin only or should we make it configurable on a user, group base?

This module is admin only. The code in here in totally not prepared to be opened for normal backend users.
That is the reason that the module is not selectable for BE user or a BE group.

For this reason I'm rejecting the issue.
