Description

With typo3 6.2.21 the update process failed because of an download error!
After updating to 6.2.22 the download is now working again (the file typo3temp/1.extensions.xml.gz is created and the content xml is readable by vi after unzipping) but the typo3 BE pops up the following error message:

Update Extension List
Unable to parse file resource compress.zlib:///kunden/homepages/anynumber/anynumber/htdocs/preview/typo3temp/1.extensions.xml.gz.

I've tried to alter the file permissions but the error still occurs.
PHP should be well configured, in install tool system environment all fields are green and this status are printed:

PHP extension xml loaded
PHP extension zip loaded
PHP extension zlib loaded

The website host is an 1&1 shared hosting server, no full rights.
