Update Extension List failed with error message: Unable to parse file resource compress.zlib

Description
With typo3 6.2.21 the update process failed because of an download error!
Now after updating to 6.2.22 the download is working again (the file typo3temp/1.extensions.xml.gz is created and the content xml is readable by vi after unzipping) but the typo3 BE shows the following error message:

Unable to parse file resource compress.zlib:///kunden/homepages/anynumber/anynumber/htdocs/preview/typo3temp/1.extensions.xml.gz.
----
I've tried to alter the file permissions to grand all needed rights but the error still occurs.
PHP should be well configured. The install tool (system environment) displays all checked fields green and this status messages:
PHP extension xml loaded
PHP extension zip loaded
PHP extension zlib loaded
The website host is an 1&1 shared hosting server, no full rights.
Last successful update happend 84 days ago, I guess with version 6.2.17

I dont't really think so! The error message:
Unable to parse file resource compress.zlib:///kunden/homepages/"number"/"number"/htdocs/preview/typo3temp/1.extensions.xml.gz
is'n yet reported, is it?
If not, please re-open this bug report!
