Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user (not admin) which doesn't have the permission to add new folders (Fileoperation permissions)
2. Remove everything from fileadmin/_processed_/
3. Login as User from Step 1
4. upload a file to an empty folder in Filelist
5. Click on the folder where you uploaded the file

The user gets the error 'You are not allowed to create directories in the folder "/_processed_/"'

I use a TYPO3 7.6.6 and since the processed files are saved in subfolder of /_processed_/ like /_processed_/6/ the error occurs.
