Scenario
As used from 6.2 LTS I click on the icon in the pagetree and move pages around via DND.
Under 7.6 LTS you cannot move pages around by clicking on the icon, you have to click on the title.
The icon under 7.6 LTS can only be used to invoke the context menu via right click.
Problem
This is a change of userexperience - intentional or a bug?
