Description

Hi there,

the Links under Install-Tool "about" module to "https://typo3.org/donate/online-donation/" and "typo3.org" are blocked by "X-Frame-Options" from typo3.org.
Because the links are under an iframe. (Refused to display 'https://typo3.org/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.)

A possible solution would be add target="_blank" or target="_top" to a tag.
