Exclude jquery.minicolors from grunt for the time being and patch it

Description
Due to a critical bug in jquery.minicolors affecting the RTE, we have to exclude the library for the time being from out grunt script to prevent overriding our patched version of the library.

How to reproduce:
Try to change the text color in the RTE. The modal opens but the panel of the color picker doesn't appear after focusing the input field.
