Connection problem in Workspace module

Description
Hi,
I have a "Connection problem" when i try to visualise a page in the Workspaces module. The page content has been modified in the draft mode.
With the inspector i can see that there is an 500 error with this link :
typo3/mod.php?M=web_WorkspacesWorkspaces&moduleToken=20f5dd9063989fe8b3a4847a25eff82a2ffee082&id=869
And the error is :
[Tue Nov 08 15:06:52 2016] [error] [client 24.37.32.202] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /var/lib/typo3/typo3_src-6.2.25/typo3/sysext/version/Classes/Dependency/ElementEntity.php on line 198, referer: /typo3/mod.php?M=web_WorkspacesWorkspaces&moduleToken=20f5dd9063989fe8b3a4847a25eff82a2ffee082&id=869
Do you have any idea ? The momory size limit is already high, is it a bug in the TYPO3 core ?
I'm using TYPO3 6.2.25, and PHP 5.4.45

How much memory is allowed for PHP?
How many content elements are on the page?
Could you please explain in more detail what steps are necessary to reproduce the issue?

The memory allowed for PHP is 1 Giga
There are 8 contents in page. It's a 2 columns layout, i have 4 contents on the left column and 4 on the right, i edited one content in the right column in the draft mode.
Then i just click on Workspaces when i select this page, and i obtain the error message in the attached file
We use Templavoila 1.9.8 on TYPO3 6.2.25

Sorry for the very late update. Would it be possible to test if the same issue is still present on 7.6 or 8.7?

can't reproduce anymore in v9 (we use workspaces), and we didn't get any feedback. If you feel different, let us know and re-open a new ticket.
