RTE context menu height calculation fails in editors with a lot of content

Description
When using the context menu in RTEs with a lot of content (in image: a lot of table content, but does not appear to be limited to tables) the context menu height calculation fails and makes the menu show only the up/down arrows (see screen shot).
Applying a hardcoded minimum value avoids the issue.
