Description

There are various PAGE properties and subproperties to manage javascript inclusion positioning (document header or before the closing body tag). It would be nice to also have the same possibilities for CSS, as in terms of optimizations, a project may only have an above-the-fold style and everything else is being loaded at the end of the page. At the moment, this is only possible with workarounds.

As a sidenote:
You could just copy how config.includeFooterJSLibs works and add config.includeFooterCSSLibs... done.
