Description

Hello,

My architecture is like this, formation -> date -> location (a formation with multiple date and date with different location), you can see the tca in the file "bug_wizard_add".

I can add the location without problem, but when I try to close the wizard to return to the date I got an error(see "error_wizard_add"). The thing is I don't get this error when I have the exact same wizard a level ahead. And more strangely the edit wizard works perfectly.
