Description
The yaml configuration files defined in TypoScript in plugin.tx_form.settings.yamlConfigurations are not loaded in the order given by the numbered keys.
Therefore it is not possible to override TYPO3.CMS.Form.persistenceManager.allowSaveToExtensionPaths with "true" because the yaml configurations defining it as "false" in EXT:form does always come last.
