Content Elements on a 2nd language layer could not be copied to a other page. The pull down menu doesent have Copy and paste

As far as I have seen the issue happens only when elements are created using "translate" mode, while in "copy" mode it does not happen.
IMHO that this behavior can be considered correct (A copied "translated" element would not have its "original" content)
Do you think that this is sufficient to consider it closed? Thank you
