UriBuilder not working in WidgetController

Description

If i use the UriBuilder in a TYPO3 8.5.1 Extbase Backend Module it returns broken urls when used in a WidgetController respectively inside a WidgetContext.

The urls are missing the PluginName so i think there is a Problem in forwarding the PluginName to the WidgetContext.

Will close this one, as we removed Widgets as there were a lot of conceptual problems (like this one) which were not considered in the initial implementation.
