Description

It seems that it was forgotten to update the UserElementsController and SpellCheckingController to recent changes in the rtehtmlarea internal structure. Both use window.parent.RTEarea and window.parent.HTMLArea to access the RTE, but this does not seem to work any more. The link browser recently had the same bug in #77385 and the same fix should probably work here, too.
