Description
The method getContentCssFileNames in \TYPO3\CMS\Rtehtmlarea\Form\Element\RichTextElement does not add the backpath for the TYPO3 backend "../"
For this reason the execution of GeneralUtility::createVersionNumberedFilename fails to add the version number as the corresponding file is not found.

HTMLArea is no longer supported by TYPO3.
