Hide download distributions in composer mode

Description
When in composer mode it isn't possible to download distributions from extension manager.
To not confuse newcomers hide the distributions list download option during installation.

Just a note if somebody stumbles upon this issue and does not know how to install a distribution in composer mode now:
Using EXT:typo3_console those two command are enough to install the introduction distribution:
composer require typo3/cms-introduction
vendor/bin/typo3cms extension:activate impexp,introduction
