Description

If an installation has a big sys_refindex calling the update from within the "Upgrade Wizard" will fail
since it will be to time-consuming.
Add a note that for big installation this should be called from the command-line via

TYPO3_PATH_ROOT=$PWD/web vendor/bin/typo3 referenceindex:update
