Using headers in select, RenderType selectCheckBox, within flexform is not possible anymore

Description

Hi,

When using the following example flexform the headers are rendered but not expandable anymore.
The html is rendered correctly and contains all the options but the interaction is not working.
This looks like an initialization problem.

To reproduce:
TYPO3 7.6.x
Flexform attached

The two headers should be clickable and expanding to display the items inside that category.
