Indexed Search throws PHP warnings open_basedir restriction

Description
Indexed Search throws PHP warnings "is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s)".
This happens because setup.txt uses {$plugin.tx_indexedsearch.view.templateRootPath} that is not set generating a request for a "/" file that has been restricted by open_basedir PHP configuration.
