Description
When linking text with CKEditor in TYPO3 8.7.2 all linkhandler tabs except the custom ones are missing.

Mmmh sounds fishy. Could you elaborate a bit? Does the issue go away if you unload the extensions that add additional tabs? Does it happen for linkhandler tabs from within RTE (which one) or from other fields (like header link), or both? Could you clear browser caches to verify that's not the root cause?
