Hidden contents always showing in frontend

Description
Hi,
We use TYPO3 8.7.1
When viewing a page with hidden contents in workspace, the hidden contents are always shown even when Show hidden records in the admin panel is not checked.

Hello and sorry for the late answer; I performed a test with 8.7.9 with the following content elements (I used the "header" content element):
- content created in LIVE workspace and set hidden in LIVE workspace too
- content created in LIVE workspace and set hidden in "Custom" workspace
- content created in "Custom" workspace and set hidden in "Custom" workspace
The hidden content was never shown in the preview. Is this test sufficient to consider this issue closed? Or should I perform a different test? Could you add a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce your issue? Thank you!

Not reproducible on 9.2.0-dev too - see my previous comment for the test
