If you add to the page TS the following code for disabling all redirect modes apart of the "redirect to specific page" in the BE with
TCEFORM.pages.shortcut_mode.keepItems = 0
in the default language the shortcut gets correctly disabled. On all other languages there is still the whole choice of all.

What if you set
TCEFORM.pages_language_overlay.shortcut_mode.keepItems = 0
For pages the translations are in a different table. So you need to configure this also for the different table.
