In the german language files for the frontend in typo3conf/l10n/de/frontend/Resources/Private/Language/de.locallang_ttc.xlf are some translations missing.
Missing are the translations with the ids:
frame_class
frame_class_formlabel
frame_class.default
frame_class.ruler_before
frame_class.ruler_after
frame_class.indent
frame_class.indent_left
frame_class.indent_right
frame_class.none

Translations happen on translation.typo3.org not in TYPO3 itself.
First try to update your languages in the language module and check if you have them again.
If not, than check on translation.typo3.org if you can provide the translations yourself.
I close this ticket here because this is not a problem of the core.
