Description
Create any CE, for example "Headline".
Add an external URL in the link field like http://goole.com
Now click the link icon on the right side of the field.
The link browser can not be accessed (see screenshot 1).
Link works in frontend but only without target.
Remove the http:// from the link, the link browser will open (screenshot 2)
but link wont work in front end.
I tried this with a fresh install of TYPO3 8.7
