Backend Datepicker: Enable "Today" button

Description
The backend datepicker lags the option to enable a "today" button.
The bootstrap datepicker ships with such an option (showTodayButton: true or todayBtn: true for older versions), so it should be fairly easy to enable it by default. It does no harm if it is not needed, but greatly enhances the workflow for users that need it.

Status is closed but the issue is not solved in v11. Only in v12 it is solved.
It is a must have feature, it should be considered as a priority bugfix, as customer editors are complaining about it a lot; it slows down their content management actions. And a system upgrade is not always possible.
