Description

Steps to reproduce:

Install a new TYPO3 system with installer. In step 4 you've been asking for login credentials and site name.

Expected:

The default site name should be already inserted in the input field. The default site name is defined in typo3/sysext/core/Configuration/FactoryConfiguration.php

Actual:

No site name is shown and the input field is empty.
