Description

HTML area gives the following JS error when using the RTE configured in a flexform. `HTMLArea is not defined`.
It seems like a loading ordering issue. This error does not always occur every time, and when using "development" settings like `$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SYS']['clearCacheSystem'] = TRUE;` the error comes left often.

Please use https://github.com/FriendsOfTYPO3/rtehtmlarea as rtehtmlarea is not part of the core anymore. However I fear that there won't be someone who will take a look. Please switch to ckeditor
