Description

This issue can be reproduced on version 8.7.9.
Choose the Documentation option from the backend Help menu. When one of the installed extensions offers an .sxw format documentation file. (i.e dd_googlesitemap)
On the previous version 8.7.8, there is no error shown but when clicking on the "show documentation as sxw" icon a 404 is sent.

Uncaught TYPO3 Exception: #1476107295: PHP Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /typo3_src/vendor/typo3fluid/fluid/src/Core/ViewHelper/TagBuilder.php line 181

l can't reproduce that. the manual.sxw links to typo3conf/ext/dd_googlesitemap/doc/manual.sxw which is fine.

are any other extenisons maybe involed? can you reproduce on a clean installation?

Issue reproduce under 8.7.10-dev with ext:dd_googlesitemap. Error message rise directly after clicking on "Documentation".
( 9.0.0dev works fine)

The Issue turn in with this [TASK] Add missing delete button for Documentation
https://review.typo3.org/c/54817/

Parallel fluid where updated too with this [FEATURE] Add ignoreEmptyAttributes() for TagBuilder
https://github.com/TYPO3/Fluid/commit/d483b15f717474210b91f0a63732e330f0e0fa31#diff-1ad35f3c347ba8af463fcd8f07863723

In current master there is a newer fluid version (with the feature) so there is no error but since the task was backported in 8.7 (without the fluid update) the issue is present.

In latest 8.7 we updated Fluid to latest too. Should be solved.
