Raise doctrine/dbal-version

Description
We currently require ~2.5.4 via composer on master. The 2.6-branch is out since quite a while and they are currently focused on the 3.0-branch, while a 2.7-release might also still follow. We should raise our doctrine/dbal-version to a more recent 2.x-version maybe.
