Description

The after installation options for the integrator are
- do nothing, just log me into the BE
- preset a blank page FE
- install the introduction package.

Only the install test based on Postgres SQL currently tests for successful installation of the introduction package.

Make both DBMS install tests test both of blank page and introduction package installation to gain more confidence in compatibility.
