Whitelist paths for sessions in ConfigurationManager

Description
The paths
SYS/session/BE
SYS/session/FE
are not whitelisted in the ConfigurationManager, so it's not possible to change these settings via API.

It would be great, if these configuration settings could be changed via TYPO3-Console!
