Allow easier logfile configuration

Description
Introduce a new "infix" option for log filenames generated by FileWriter.
This allows to configure different file writers without having to specify the full path to the log file.
This solves usecases where for instance extensions want to ship a dedicated log configuration, but those do not know about the actual paths on the target system.
