Description

The UrlLinkHandler in EXT:recordlist uses a default input value "http://" for external links.

It is not practical because editors often paste a link in the field. In general, broken links are caused by duplicate HTTP protocols. E.g. http://https://typo3.org/

To go the modern way, a placeholder should be used instead of the default value.
