The problem is in line 81 of fluid/Classes/ViewHelpers/Link/ActionViewHelper.php:

$noCacheHash = (bool)$this->arguments['useCacheHash'];

should be:

$noCacheHash = (bool)$this->arguments['noCacheHash'];
