Description

Hello,

We have noticed that in the list module, le tooltip that shows the name of a record does not appear except if this name contains a "'" (but not a "’").
This behaviour happens on Chrome and Firefox, on the versions 8 and 9 of TYPO3.
Exemples have been attached to the issue.
