Description

Hello everyone,

i would like to report the following bug.
I have installed the extension rtehtmlarea.

I want to edit a standard text element. When the wysiwyg editor is shown, i can see the following text:

and not the text which was saved before.

In Javascript console i can see the following error code:
HTMLArea.js?bust=1552486292:120 RTE[data_tt_content__10027__bodytext_][HTMLArea.CSS.Parser::parse]: The stylesheets could not be parsed. Reported error: Empty stylesheets array or missing linked stylesheets

Tested in TYPO3 7.6.32 and TYPO3 8.7.24.
Rtehtmlarea version 7.6.32 and 8.7.0
Chrome version 73.0.3683.75
