Link wizard lists all content elements of a page regardless of source language

Description
I've noticed that the link wizard in TYPO3 v9 lists all content-elements of a page regardless of language, thus it's possible to link to a non-related content element, i.e. it's possible to select/link to a german content-element from an english record.
