Translated pages are missing in workspace module

Description
When creating/updating translated pages in a workspace, added/modified pages aren't visible in workspace module.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new workspace and activate it
- Create a new page in default language
- Create a new CE on the page
- Translate page
- Translate CE
- Go to workspace module
Translated page is missing from list, but translated CE:s are included.
When workspace changes are published to live, translated page can't be reached.
Seems like since translated pages aren't detected in workspace module, they aren't "processed" when published.
