Multiple issues in EXT:workspaces preview module

Description
Since the introduction of backend routing and sites the preview module of EXT:workspaces got partially broken:
- Link to Page module is broken
- FormEngine called via PreviewController is broken
- JavaScript errors when invoking mass actions
Additionally, in general the language flags are broken.
Current master is broken as well, but incorporated in TypeScript migration.
